GENERAL STUDIES CURRICULUM:

This guide presents a brief overview of the courses typically offered at the Mesivta in any given year. The courses are presented by department with grade levels indicated in each area. Courses and the order of courses may be altered depending on the level of the talmidim within each grade. The exact courses given will depend on the level of each class.

The College Preparatory program is designed to provide talmidim with a comprehensive academic program of classroom and extracurricular experiences to prepare them for college admission and careers. The program encourages conceptual understanding, the use of reasoning skills and the ability to make informed judgements. Talmidim are exposed to a variety of scholarly sources and trained in research skills. The Mesivta is committed to excellence in the development of its talmidim.
