Rabbi Avi Herschman

Rebbe, Economics

I began my time at Rambam as a Freshman unsure what life had in store for me. During my four years at Rambam, I learned directly from my great rebbeim what it really means to live a Torah lifestyle. Rambam allowed me to develop ahavas Hashem and a derech hachaim that propelled me to pursue Jewish Education. The passion for Torah is something I strive to give over to my students every day. My goal is for all of my students, whether in class, the hockey court, year in Israel, college, or their job, to always approach their actions through a Torah lens. In addition to teaching and coaching the Rambam Ravens, I am lucky to engage with students in a variety of ways to bring the Rambam values into play in and outside the classroom.
